Mission Statement

 Our primary mission is to have our members realize that inexpensive property in recovering markets could be GOLD MINES. And so to take advantage of these good opportunities we have set out to develop one of the country’s best LEVERAGED PROPERTY ACQUISITION PROGRAM. However, our Limited Partners don’t have to worry about property maintenance or tenant issues. That’s what we do. And we can manage much of the operation remotely, including video conferencing and presentations, so in many cases our members don’t have to go anywhere.
