 The pandemic our country has recently undergone has slowed most all of our lives down immeasurably. But what’s more is that it has shuttered thousands of businesses and millions of jobs. Although our activity at Avalon has also been slowed, the core dynamic of our business model is currently recession proof. To this regard we feel that it is important to share an array of different skill sets with family & friends to create a possible path to recovery for those who need it. 

Our offering is instruction on how to enter the real estate investment business through direct content and immediate immersion. This service is free; however, members of Avalon are afforded access to resource pools that are extremely valuable and typically provide tangible opportunity. Our platform also conducts bi-monthly web based meetings through Zoom or other platforms where we speak on advanced topics of our platform. We may also invite different community members to offer their experience and different ways into business opportunities.

 The Avalon Ambassador program was developed for members who may not be from the areas or neighborhoods we canvass for acquisition prospects.  The primary mission of Avalon and our Ambassadors is to find one or more exceptional Local Heroes to participate as the “point persons”  of an acquisition, stabilization, and management of a project we have identified in their area.                  The Ambassador will then participate along with Avalon in the compensation of the origination and other commissions associated with the acquisition, while the Local hero will ultimately take on ownership interest, responsibility, equity, and potential profits of the project. This arrangement is  independent of the agreement between the Ambassador and Avalon. 

We designed membership into the Avalon Buyers Club to be very inviting. It is very important to us that we insure anyone who can appreciate the frequency on which we operate has the opportunity to participate in our offerings. We also strive to keep our platform extremely simple. To this regard we have maintained an exceptional but simple membership process.  Full Members are those members who pay for initiation of a project as well as full access to all of the resources available to the Avalon Private Equity Firm, and to the Avalon Buyers Club. 

Our franchise / franchisee offerings were developed to expand the efforts and earnings of the Ambassador program. This expanded package employs everything necessary to initiate a "turn key" real estate investment franchise.  This also includes several items not included in the Ambassador program.  Each franchisee retains the right to become a “Franchisor” for Avalon PEG after two referrals have been secured. Whereas each franchisee referral made to the company receives a twenty percent commission, once an existing franchisee brings a third franchisee prospect to the table and the prospect has been secured, the commission will elevate to eighty percent of the current franchise fee. This is how Avalon PEG expects to create several millionaire franchisors over the next several months and years.  

Our franchisor program was developed in response to thousands of jobs that went away due to the 2020 global pandemic. Many professionals and labors have been laid off. And some of these jobs may never come back. Therefore, we were compelled to help by creating a turn key business that offers direct content & immediate immersion. Franchisors enjoy the opportunity to earn significantly, and with dramatically less "time on task" than other start ups. Once the transition to franchisor has been made, the dynamic of our model will typically evolve from ambassador operations to wholesale marketing efforts. Although we would like to extend these coveted positions to everyone, they will be reserved for individuals most inclined to consider the opportunity a good fit to their life  goals.
